State College and currently in my last semester (evening classes) of completing my A.S. in CAD/3D

Building Visualization from Seminole State College. I am seeking a position with a company in need of

CAD, Building Information Modeling (BIM), and/or Geographic Information Systems (GIS) skill set. This

knowledge compounded with my experience in related fields under different position has given me a

broad toolset as a solution maker. I have a proven team leadership abilities as an U.S. Army NCO and

Upgraded, and updated this development company’s GIS data systems to transition them from a

consultant they had on retainer to an in house GIS services. I worked with their acquisition team to assist

in acquiring properties and research for comp sales. Later assisted and eventually became an integral

member of the Project Management Team creating specialized map products using Adobe Photoshop,

CAD and GIS to help market and analyze property. Then adding to my duties as GIS Manager, I managed

the Project Management’s technological interaction with our consultants. Also, I assisted in designing

themes, selection of contractors, and land maintenance prior to development of our signature project

Avington Park. While working under Alex Kane the VP of development I was educated and assisted in

researching Sustainable and ‘Green’ solutions for typical development methods.

which I created GIS Maps for both development divisions. One division was scattered lots in which I

depicting available lots and developed lots. The other division was large land acquisitions where I used

GIS data from the perspective counties and used spatial queries to search for land that suited the

company’s criteria.

numerous geospatial products to help commander plan war time operations. Used ArcGis 8/9 and Erdas

Imagine 8.5/8.7 to produce Geospatial products that incorporated raster and vector data derived from

National Geospatial Agency standard datasets and formats.
